Directions

Take 2 capsules with each meal. Store in a cool dry place.

Each capsule contains 500mg bitter melon (M. charantia) whole fruit extract (equivalent to 80g fresh bitter melon), hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, rice extract blend, zinc gluconate.
