This Fermented Vegetable culture is great to use when making sauerkraut, kimchi or other fermented vegetables with your Mad Millie Fermenting Crock. This provides a faster more reliable fermentation.

Each pack has 5 sachets, each sachet treats approximately 2 kg of vegetables. 

Contains: Milk/Dairy 

The vegetable culture is shelf stable however, we suggest storing cultures in the freezer when you get them in order to prolong the life of the culture.
