It is made by traditional and natural fermentation method, which produces unpasteurized fresh live miso, which aids digestion and because of its shorter fermentation process the soybeans are peeled beforehand to remove any bitterness. Carwari White Miso also contains more Rice Koji which supports to create nice sweetness.
