What Shipping Methods Are Available?

All deliveries are made via standard parcel post with Australia Post.

Do You Ship Internationally?

No. We currently only ship within Australia.

When will my package be shipped?

If all items are in stock your package will be shipping within 2 business days. We will contact you if it will take longer.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The delivery time varies depending on location but typically takes 5 - 7 days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept online payment via credit card (Visa & Mastercard) and bank deposit. We also do cash on pickup from our store.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

All credit card details are encrypted and you contact details are not shared with any third parties.

How do I place an Order?

You can place an order on the website via adding items to your cart, then checking out. Otherwise you can visit our store to purchase.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Please email or call us to cancel and order. If the order has not been dispatched we should be able to cancel your order and refund you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You will need to create an online account so that you can place an order and track the progress.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive email updates on your order. You can also click on "My Orders" in your "My Account" dashboard on the website.

How Can I Return a Product?

If you have an issue with any product then please email or call us to arrange a return. The buyer will have to pay return postage costs. You can also bring the product to our shop.

If you have an issue with any product then please email or call us to arrange a return. The buyer will have to pay return postage costs. You can also bring the product to our shop. We will refund the purchase price minus delivery charges.
